How do I make reservations?

Attendees or their travel agency MUST purchase tickets through Group and Meetings Reservations
at (800) 433-5368 and reference ID Code J7572 to qualify for discounts.

Ticketless Travel:

You may use an authorized Travel Agency or call directly: 1-800-433-5368, reference the ID Code J7572, and provide a valid major credit card number for payment.

If you choose to fly ticketless, Southwest Airlines will send each customer their itinerary via e-mail, fax, or US mail, it's your choice. Southwest Airlines are unable to provide discounts or track usage for productivity tickets when Ticketless Travel is purchased at www.southwest.com or through General Reservations. Ticketless Travel tickets must be purchased through Group and Meetings reservations.

Congress Attendee Benefits:

If you or your travel agent calls Southwest Airline's toll-free number (1-800-433-5368) to book your reservations, you will receive up to 10% off most of Southwest Airlines' low fares. Discount levels and fares in effect at the time tickets are purchased apply, and are subject to change. Federal Excise Taxes, Passenger Facility Charges of up to $18 roundtrip, and the government-imposed September 11th Security Fee cannot be discounted.

Southwest Airlines Rapid Rewards Members earn credit for each flight flown. To obtain credit, members may provide their Rapid Rewards membership number when they make a reservation or present their plastic membership card to the Southwest Airlines Customer Service Agent upon check in at originating city, prior to commencement of travel.

Publishes fare rules apply. Reservation changes are permitted as provided in fare rules and availability. Southwest Airlines does not impose service chages. Fare upgrades may apply when reservations are changed.

Most fares do not require a Saturday night stayover.
